The first is the month view:
On this screen you can see an overview of bleeding intensity. Also there is a sheet symbol appearing at some dates indicating that there are text comments written at these dates.
You can navigate through months using arrow buttons at the top of the screen or using "goto" button. By pressing this button following dialog appears:
You choose date by first selecting a field to change (month name or year digit) and then by pressing up or down arrow buttons. Pressing "Go to today" button gets you back to the current date.
To make an entry to some date or to read a comment you press the desired date in the month vire. Then date edit screen appears:
In this screen you specify bleeding intensity or write a comment. You also can remove a comment by erasing contents of the comment field. When comment field is erased, the sheet icon for this day disappears from the month view.
